  1. Panadol
  2. Masks and gloves – basically good health information – hand hygiene a must!
  3. Cleaning products and soap – to ensure that good health information is put into action
  4. Plenty of food and water (we live on a farm so that’s a bonus for the food)
  5. Clear head – whether to go to work or not – maybe not a must have but a must think as there will be a lot of pressure on health professionals
  6. Plenty of dog food
  7. Entertainment for the teenagers in the house – as they will be confined for weeks on end
  8. Entertainment for the parents – as we will be confined for weeks on end with angst-ridden teenagers
  9. Tamiflu – to use during a pandemic or maybe to use to avoid getting the flu in the first place
  10. A fully charged phone – as a practice nurse I will be spending a lot of time on the phone to patients and health professionals
Keep it simple
