Pandemic shopping list

Nutritionist, Bronwen King suggests stocking up on the following items to survive a stint in quarantine.

The list is a guide only - you will have to consider you and your family's own preferences as well.

It covers meals for a family of four people, for approximately one week.

At the last minute, fill the fridge and freezer with more perishable items such as cheese, salami, bacon and eggs.

Also stock up on longer lasting fruit and vegetables like apples, pears, potatoes, kumara and onions.
